Hoot House Project
Welcome to the Hoot House Project You Tube channel! This channel will show video highlights of our barn owl box project since we started it in November of 2019. The box is located on our property out in Wine Country of Temecula, California. We put up the house in Nov. 2019 and by December, a male and female barn owl pair ("Winkler & Hootie") decided to make it their home. Winkler and Hootie are wild barn owls and free to come and go as they please. We do not have physical contact with the owls and keep interference to their lives at a minimum. Winkler & Hootie are currently raising Brood 5 with six babies! Please check out our Twitch livestream and come meet us in chat!
