A chapter of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), New Delhi, was established on May 1st, 1995, at SRKR Engineering College, Bhimavaram, with the main motto of bridging the gap between the industry and the students. As a student organization, the chapter has been consistently organizing a variety of events over the academic years, focusing on enhancing student engagement and helping them develop their skills.
Members of the organization:
★ Chairman - Dr. K. V. Murali Krishnam Raju
★ Faculty Advisor - Dr. S. Rama Gopala Reddy
★ There are over 100 faculty members.
★ The Chair body comprised of Senior Body Members, The Managing body comprised of Executive Body Members.
★ The Senior Body Members (SBMs) are from final year and the Executive Body Members (EBMs) are from third year who organize various activities of the organization.
★ The organization has over 1,000 students from all branches and years of the college.
