“Hä*Wie!?” sees itself as a collective that has its roots in breaking, contemporary- and urban-street-dance. They cultivate the interest in art, media and mediation. The group was founded in 2004 and realizes projects (video, performance, dance, choreography, theater, event, workshop and fine art) and exchanges knowledge to create new approaches on body movement. Here they are searching for shapes in between and beyond dance-styles and are curious to find creative mixed forms. People themselves become the result of design and at the same time designers.
Members from “Hä*Wie!?” have completed studying at the art university in fine art and visual communication.
They developed performance-formats for the stage, public places and exhibitions and work as freelancers doing projects and related jobs. Hereby they are organizing social and cultural events in dance, performance and theatre and running workshops in the field of motion studies and video art.
