In 2022 I was very, very close to giving up on posting content.
Just wasn't feeling it, wasn't sure if it was worth it and it felt like it "wasn't working".
Well...if you're reading this I think you know that I did NOT give up and did NOT stop posting content lol.
Because yea...it worked!
And it completely changed my life in ways I never thought possible. Truly.
And that only happened because of 1 thing...
I didn't stop...I see this time and time again from coaches and trainers posting content (hint: this goes for everything in life).
The reason it doesn't work is because they stopped. Simple as that. It's an unfortunately frustrating game because you have no idea when it is going to work...but that is just part of it. You need resilience.
And I can tell you this...
Everyone who has been successful at posting content or building an online business has one thing in common...they never stopped posting.
So if you are thinking of quitting...don't. Please.
Because with the power of the internet you literally never know what is right around the corner.

I'll guarantee I can get you to work harder in a workout than you thought you could.
The biggest change that came in the Project Bellplex revamp was follow along workouts.
Just click play and get moving. That's all you gotta do.
But I'm doing it with you...So I'm coaching, motivating and encouraging you to push yourself harder.
And trust me...even through its through a screen, I'm hard to ignore.
I've lost count of how many messages I have gotten from people who have been doing more weight or more reps in their workouts since starting the follow alongs.
And that is how progress is made. By doing more reps than you thought you could.
By increasing the weight when you weren't sure if you could. By pushing juuust a little bit harder than you want to.
Honestly...that's what I do best. I get people outside their comfort zone (safely).
