Ok, it is that time of year again...

It's officially getting hot and you need to take your hydration a little more seriously.

Water just isn't enough and there is no arguing this one, I'm sorry.

If you're sweating and getting after it in your workouts, especially my outside kettlebellers, you need to be replenishing with electrolytes.

If spring/summer rolls around and for some reason you start to feel a little more sluggish, that's why. You're losing so much with the extra sweat and only drinking water isn't doing it.

Electrolytes are by far my favorite supplement and if you are not taking them then I think you are missing out big time on some recovery.

So get some, and take them daily first thing in the morning.

I do have to put a caveat on here...if you are someone working out 2-3x a week for 30ish minutes and not really sweating, you probably don't need an electrolyte supplement. This is for the people with 150+ minutes of tough working out a week and sweating.

2 Kettlebells. 40 minutes. In your Living room. That's it.

The other day I just had the urge to watch a movie while I worked out, so I brought a couple kettlebells from the garage to the living room.

Now I ran into some issues with the movie so I just listened to music, but I still did the workout in my living room.

I had 2 kettlebells and absolutely crushed myself with a full body workout that took 40 minutes and barely needed any space.

I know I probably beat this point like a dead horse but it was just another eye opening moment for me with these little cannonballs with handles on them.

With a properly structured workout you truly don't need a lot of space, equipment or time.

So many people can't get to the gym or don't want to...and I just want to show them that:

1.) That's NO excuse

2.) It's VERY possible to push yourself and accomplish your goals

More and more people are working out from home for whatever reason they have and I want to show them what is possible.

You don't have to just "make it work" from home - you can do amazing things working out from home without a huge setup.
