Johnny & the Box
Johnny & the Box writes, performs and produces indie acoustic/electric pop/rock music. A verified artist on Spotify, the critically acclaimed album 'Scapegoat' was released in July 2020. A further album, 'The Runaways' was released on 30th April 2021 and a third album 'Truth and Lies' was released in summer 2023. Four new tracks 'Believe', 'Daedalus, 'Hindsight', 'China Blue' and 'The Human Touch' were released in 2024. A brand new album, 'Fundamental' was released in February 2025. These include tracks written by Johnny & the Box, as well as by long time collaborator (and video producer) Ian Gomersall, and also Mike Richmond (Houdini) and 'Gone Away', as well as a co-write (Beauty and the Hopelessness) with lyrics by Gillian Boughey.
