I'm a Fitness Hula Hoop Freestyler, and aim to encourage people to take care of their body, soul and mind via hooping.
I've begun in 2018, since then it has changed my lifestyle. So far I've lost 18 kilos, however getting in shape is just cherry on top. Hooping has been part of my positive transformation.
As I've been digging this topic for quite a while now, I want to bring all hula hoop related content to you.
Planning on bringing people in the highlight who has been part of my hoop journey, instructors, specialists and the ones who inspire me from the beginning and still! We'll discuss the physical and mental benefits of hooping as well.
I want to share all my love for hooping with you, encourage, inspire, send straight out positivity so you can learn how and why it has become my passion. Give you the tools and get you in the flow eventually.
