I’m passionate about learning and always look for ways to grow and develop personally and professionally. I bring this passion to my community and network, and when I work with leaders to embed learning and development in their organizations.
Designing and implementing formal training is costly – time and money – so it’s really important that it ‘sticks.’ It’s equally important to identify when development needs to occur outside formal training. I work with leaders to create team cultures of learning.
