Our story begins with the visionary Late Mr. Augustine John, born in 1952 in Ernakulam, Kerala. After 12 years in construction, he founded The John’s Company in 1989, driven by a passion to craft homes that reflect clients’ dreams. He believed in more than structures—he forged personal connections and insisted, “When building a client’s dream home, quality must never be compromised.”
Today, under Mr. Shan John, Augustine’s son, a team of over 500 professionals continues this legacy with the same values of quality, integrity, and client-focused service. Shan blends modern innovation—smart-home integration, sustainable materials, 3D design tools—with Kerala’s traditional aesthetics: natural wood, earthy palettes, biophilic layouts, and modular spaces.
