Sahithya Rajith is a pianist, keyboardist, composer, arranger and musician based in Canada who performs Indian film music, Carnatic music, and Western Classical/Pop music. She graduated from SaReGa Music School of Fine Arts learning from her father NewYork Raja, where she was trained in Indian film and Carnatic music on keyboard, guitar and vocal, and obtained western classical piano training from the Royal Conservatory of Music. She also learns and performs the Veena. Sahithya has collaborated and performed with many acclaimed musicians such as Karthik, Vijay Prakash, P. Susheela, Aalaap Raju, Unni Krishnan and Harish Raghavendra, and works with many singers/instrumentalists in Toronto and internationally. She currently performs with various musicians as a sought after keyboardist/pianist for shows and teaches music. She also obtained her Masters and a B.Sc degree from the University of Toronto and currently works in the pharmaceutical industry.
