My passion for growing Moringa tree, fruits trees, and vegetables really enlighted our dinner table and time together with family and friends.

After I built my dream self sustainable gardening in desert of Phoenix Az (zone 9B ), I moved to Japan to start My Dream Green Villa; a growing community where we truly belong.

裏庭から収穫できるガーデニングの楽しさに没頭して、野菜だけでは物足りず、巨大なモリンガを育てて6年。

栄養たっぷりでちょっと酸っぱめのモリンガは葉っぱも花もサヤ🫛も食べれて美味しい！！採れすぎて、世界中のモリンガの料理レシピを試しその美味しさにハマってしまった。

2025年にアメリカから東京の片田舎に引っ越してきた。20メートルを超えるモリンガの木にも、長年育てた土ともさよならして…そしてまた…モリンガを育てたい！！と小さなアパートで種を育てる現在。
