I am a Vegan Paleo, Yoga Practicing, Weightlifting, Hiking, and Running Grandmother. I have been devoted to health and fitness for most of my life, but as I have aged I have evolved.

I began following a Paleo diet to prevent inflammation and then eliminated meat (I have fish once a month) to lower my cholesterol. It's not easy to be holistic about your health when there are so many pharmaceutical drugs out there. Hopefully this community will help you!
