Our passion for office chairs began during my time at a Herman Miller dealership, where I worked my way up to becoming the main chair service technician. This gave me a deep, hands-on understanding of what makes a chair supportive and durable.

In 2020, we launched GCDI as an office installation company. It was a true family affair, built by me, my wife, and our four boys (two of whom are now proudly in the military!). When COVID-19 hit, commercial installations stopped overnight. We adapted by shifting to home office furniture setup, which naturally evolved into selling premium refurbished chairs and top-tier chair parts.
