Insanity is an escape from truth, so what does it mean that Nietzsche's philosophy is obsessed with madness? And why does so much philosophy itself resemble a form of psychosis?

Hi hi! I was in the hospital this week for diabetic ketoacidosis. I’ve been type one diabetic for 17 years and this was my first time having serious complications.
I got out of the ICU today around noon. I AM NOW FINE!! And it’s unlikely if I take care of myself that I will have further complications.
I was too focused on getting this video out and my health fell on the wayside. Needless to say, I’ll be a little late with this video. PLEASE DO NOT DO WHAT I DID AND TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES!
