Chef Joao Cisneiro

I'm João Cisneiro, cook, from Bahia, married, newly discovered as a diabetic and entrepreneur. Graduated in Gastronomy and Haute Cuisine at IGA – Instituto de Gastronomia da Américas.
My first formal job was as a clerk at a large and well-known franchised food company. There we did everything in a high-tech industrial kitchen.
The opportunities of life took me to the field of Communication and Marketing which also became a profession, I graduated and postgraduated in Communication and Marketing. Always attentive to opportunities and an eternal curiosity about Gastronomy, he invited me in some more specific free courses.
Inevitable! Gastronomy started to be part of my life. Today we work with courses (online and face-to-face), mentoring, consulting and instructors for Food and Gastronomy. In addition, we are open in our Espaço 82 Eventos, a company which offers the space and buffet for social and corporate events.
