For Eric Young (Our CEO), Our motivation for starting Aqua Home Care (originally Affordable Care at Home) is to make a positive impact on the community, with a specific focus on serving seniors. From the very beginning, I wanted to build a home care organization that could deliver a level of service far superior to the handful of home care companies I hired to care for a loved one in their final days. After a disappointing experience, I strongly believed that a concierge approach to home care was the only way to deliver the level of quality I envisioned and expected.

To ensure the best possible outcome and overall client experience, we make great efforts to attract quality care providers who share the same level of compassion and empathy as our team. As part of our concierge service, each client is assigned a dedicated Area Manager who provides ongoing support to all parties involved.
