3D Animation Feature film - "Angry People Smiling" - Set in the late 1990’s, the film explores the deepest and darkest of emotions of friendships and relationships, at first with a deceptively light touch; emotions and relationships that inevitably explode in a moving account of the racist murder of one of a group of friends and the disturbing and devastating aftermath on his friends and family.
The story plays out against the backdrop of the Nineties and unapologetically explores the racial divide and the rawest prejudices of people on both sides of the divide who would ultimately rather hide their own biases.
