Mr Niazi is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has a double master’s in Commerce and Management. In the initial of his career, he was employed with a large group of companies as a group company secretary later he founded Legalroof as his own venture.
He has acquired a good amount of experience in the field of RBI, SEBI, ROC and Stock Exchange compliances.
