Founded in 2007, Shanghai Yifu Packaging Products Group Co., Ltd. originated from a visionary collaboration between Guang, a seasoned professional in plastic flexible packaging, and Sally, a researcher specializing in biodegradable materials at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC).
Guang had been deeply involved in the production and sales of plastic packaging since 2002. In 2007, he met Sally, whose expertise in microbial degradation materials opened his eyes to the future of sustainable packaging. Over a week of in-depth discussions, Sally explained the distinctions and applications of biodegradable materials, water-soluble materials, and kraft paper. Inspired by her insights, Guang recognized this as a transformative opportunity to protect the planet.
