Soltara is a Shipibo-led, trauma-informed Ayahuasca center on a mission to expand the definition of healing and help people become fully embodied working with the Amazonian plant medicine – before, during and after their retreat. We offer 5, 7, and 12-night retreats in Costa Rica.
Why Ayahuasca?
This psychedelic plant medicine can serve as a powerful tool for healing and spiritual and emotional growth. With the right set and setting, Ayahuasca can allow us to understand the true roots of fear and trauma.
Our Approach
We aim to create a safe and supportive environment. We only work with highly experienced Indigenous Shipibo healers from the Peruvian Amazon. Our facilitation team also has combined decades of experience working with Ayahuasca and supporting thousands of guests. We brew our Ayahuasca with only 2 plants found in the Amazon jungle – the Ayahuasca vine and the Chacruna leaf, which contains the powerful psychoactive DMT.
