Lita's Lens
This is a video journal about a life seasoned with adversity and ambition. It's where I reflect on the changing sense of self that comes from living in an ever changing story, a body under constant negotiation with Multiple Sclerosis, and the quiet, ongoing work I'm doing of being honest about who and how I am as a woman late diagnosed with autism.
I share my journey because sometimes it's easier to give yourself permission to tell your story once you've watched someone else tell theirs, and I offer these weekly reflections as an opportunity to witness life through Lita's Lens.
