Welcome to our YouTube channel! We are a late 40s couple turning 40 acres of Arizona desert into an off grid homestead.

Together with our Pitbull Chico, we are slowly building our life in the desert. From making compressed earth blocks to working on solar power, water systems, and DIY projects, we are creating our homestead one step at a time.

Chico brings laughter and warmth as he explores the desert with us. We also share parts of our travels and everyday life along the way.
