Hailing from Inglewood, THURZ creates hip hop music with fabric covering all the facets of the young, black Los Angeles experience with threads from Belize and West Africa, and a tailor-fit touch to literally keep the house party going. With expertise in event curation, Thurz created the Nation's number 1 traveling hip hop music house party concert series, Party In My Living Room, powered by your local, neighborhood art dealers. The party series was launched as a late celebration of his Designer EP and took place in February of 2015 in his hometown, Inglewood, CA. Not knowing what type of response to expect, over 500 attendees arrived at the house party where Thurz set up his band, sound engineer and DJ all in a living room with a few artist friends to help set the vibe.
