Just my space to share bad dad jokes along good cooking.

I share easy-to-follow, big-flavor recipes, adding a little bit of history, dad jokes, and culinary magic. No magic edits here, if I mess up, I will show it on camera. Food and recipes that I’ve learned, tested, and perfected over the years (including plenty of my own mistakes along the way). It's just a one person show, so between a full time job, doing all of the prep, cooking, cameras, lighting, cleaning, then on to the video editing, I'll try to make this as entertaining as possible for you.

Expect clean dad jokes, wholesome humor, and food so good your britches might file for divorce.
