I'm Élodie Legrand, coach, Pilates instructor, and Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga teacher. My athletic journey began 25 years ago as a professional triathlete. I then pursued a career as a landscape architect while continuing to practice endurance sports, alongside my role as a mother of three.
Over the years, I discovered the benefits of Pilates, Yoga, and strength training—disciplines that allowed me to explore injury prevention, balance, and muscle harmony. Today, I want to share this knowledge with everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
