Meditation Movement

Learning with Cara means navigating twenty three years of teachings and trainings. With a background in somatics from body, mind, centering and many other mentors in Kundalini, Yin and other Hatha methods - her spectrum of movement and anatomy knowledge runs near endless. Ever learning, ever guiding self and others, we invite you to join the journey into healing and thriving.

Sessions range from 5 min to 55 min.

Moving meditation is a method of deep body reverence, learning to breathe with our whole bodies and create space where there was less. Movements are intentional to directly influence our energetic, physical and mental health. The practices we navigate here will flow from restorative through challenging, to genuinely FEEL and BE stronger. Our bodies are not separate from our thoughts. We need to address any pain as we would an imbalanced lake. The health of the entire water, matters.
