I’m Authentic Courtney. A spontaneous Kundalini awakening unraveled the life I was living and initiated a complete nervous-system reset. At 50, I am completely rebuilding my life — not only for myself, but to make the world a better place. I didn’t choose spirituality; it chose me, and my work since has been learning how to integrate, stabilize, and rebuild authentically.

This channel is me oversharing my life and the process: nervous-system healing, trauma integration, nomadic RV life, creativity as grounding, and ongoing Kundalini research rooted in lived experience, study, and deep listening.
