Our mission is to uplift, empower, and connect LGBTQ+ youth across the globe! How do we do it?

🏳️‍🌈 Storytelling: Over the past 10 years, people have shared over 70,000 unique #ItGetsBetter stories to show how things got better for them.

🏳️‍🌈 Education: Our educational programming provides educators and student leaders with easy-to-access and easy-to-use resources, information, and more for use in classrooms and other settings where learning takes place.

🏳️‍🌈 Building a global community: We have a growing Global Affiliates network now spanning 19 countries across four continents leading storytelling initiatives in six languages making It Gets Better the world’s largest storytelling effort to empower LGBTQ+ young people!
