Marth. Lucina is already a top tier, and I think if someone truly mastered Marth and the art of spacing, he could definitely be a dominating force.

Snake is my theoretical best character, but I think palutena is the best right now. Incredibly fast and safe aerials, solid movement, top tier recovery, and invalidates almost half of the characters at high levels of play

Pikachu Small, fast, annoying, good frame data and combos, kill confirms, good matchup spread, basically everything you want in a character
