Depends on what kind of person you are and who/what you follow. Do you get addicted to social media, if so then don't use it, if not, sure. I use it sparingly, mainly for music updates from my favorite bands, TV show updates, and people I like (actors, youtubers, and people I know). I think that's about it, in the end it's your decision.
