Couple of things I’d like to see as a back yard shaper just starting out. -show us which tools you use and how you use them. Particularly interested in that concave shaping tool and which sander you use for glassing. At the same time. Show us some tools you’ve found on the market to be redundant. - explain how things are done. Ie. How do you shape a belly vs concave - explain rail bands or how you shape rails without them -go through your process when a client approaches you for a board. What questions do you ask and how do you come to a board shape after those questions. - origin story. How did you get started. What advice would you give yourself back then knowing what you know now. -facility tour. How and why did you lay things out the way you did. -time saving tips for shapers. -glassing videos. Cloth inlay, volan patches, air brush vs resin tint. any other fancy techniques or layups. -any modern or personalized takes on Matt kazuma’s videos.

Tutorials would be epic - still to find anyone online who explains what design features ‘make a board go’ I.e. dimension ratios, rocker vs concaves etc etc

All of the above 🤙 I’d love to hear more about why certain decisions are made for the different boards. Ie rail shape, fin placement and angle etc. The start to finish videos are awesome but if you put them into parts to be able to have some extra detail would be rad. Thanks for the great content

The start to finish is awesome! Like some others said, it would be nice to see some of the ratios and design aspects. You should also make some fun repair videos, like putting a snapped board back together. Thanks for the great content 🙌

all of the above - and maybe at times a couple of episodes around the same board. keeps it interesting to see different types of content and allows following the whole process - from the idea / concept behind it, to the build itself, to maybe some tutorial about something specific that went on with the build, to going out and surfing it. also 80s synths. gotta have 80s synths

Day in the life of a surfboard shaper! I feel like a lot of people who love surfing have thought at one point or another “damn if only I could do this all the time” then go back and work their corporate jobs. It would be cool to get an honest view into your day/week as a shaper/glasser

Any crazy board build would be sick, I feel like all surfers/diy shapers that watch your content are very into some frankenstein builds themselfs.

would love to see more about sanding and finishing plus different types of rail and how to shape them. Overall, just how to get to your level from hacking away in my garage 😄

I have always wondered what would happen to the surfability of a board if you put curls on each side of the tail instead of fins or creating vortexes rotating opposite directions.

I’ve got some sick videos coming up.
But I need more ideas for future content. Let me know what you would like to see me film.
More start to finish, surfing, tutorials or some crazy build ideas?
