I just made a short video showing how I created the partcle effect for the Yorumi part (https://youtu.be/rllvz9wUQ6g?t=7). Here I'm using Davinci Resolve's very powerful feature called Fusion, which allows you to do all sorts of image processing, particle simulation, 3D rendering, animations, etc.
Note that in reality when you sneeze, the droplets from your mouth flies way faster and further. Make sure to wear a mask or at least cover your mouth with your hands or elbow when you're about to sneeze and there are people around you.
