*Icing Essentials: (1 day course) students learn how to professionally ice cakes with straight sides and ultra sharp edges. Our techniques are fail proof.
*Fondant Covering & Stacking: (1 day course) students learn how to cover cakes with fondant with our stress free method as well as how to securely stack a tiered cake.
*Sugar Modeling: (1-3 day course depending on level) students can learn beginner, intermediate, and advanced skills for creating beautiful and artistic 3D cake toppers.
*Polymer Clay Sculpting: (1-3 day course deepening on level) students can learn beginner, intermediate, and advanced skills for creating beautiful and artistic 3D keepsake cake toppers and sculptures.
*Cake Artist/Cake Business Consultation: (1 day course) students learn our professional cake pricing techniques and receive consultation, advice, and helpful tips with their specific cake business to ensure profitability and long term success.
