First question: Is the Channel monetized? If not, then the channel showing your video is indirectly promoting your video, is it not? It's possible you're getting more subscriptions and views too, right? Second question: If the channel is getting subscriptions that are supposed to be yours can you prove that those subscriptions are BASED on the VIDEO from you? Otherwise you might be overreacting for NO reason at all. It would be hasty to assume that someone is stealing from you if you couldn't prove that something is actually being stolen. Plagiarism means that the person uploaded the video as HIS OWN WITHOUT ANY SIGN THAT IT'S FROM YOU. That is downright stealing. Otherwise, there's no issue at all.

You should be able to claim as like the creator of the video not music. But the process could take awhile.

I think you should report the video and the channel. The song isn't yours, but the typography/editing/computer effects are your work, so it's still plagiarism.

I literally couldn't be even angrier than right now. I just found a Channel that re-uploaded one of my Videos without permission. I'm not gonna mention their name since I don't want anyone to get hated but please don't just re-upload Videos other people worked on.
Does anyone know how I can take down their Video? I can't copyright claim it since the song i used is not my own and therefor not my Copyright.
