အတုမရှိဗုဒ္ဓမြတ်စွာ

ပြည်ထောင်စုမြန်မာနိုင်ငံအဝှမ်းရှိကြတဲ့ ဒကာ ဒကာမအပေါင်း နှလုံးစိတ်ဝမ်းအေးချမ်းဖို့ ကရုဏာ မေတ္တာ ရှေ့ထား၍ ရတနသုတ္တန်ကို သီတဂူဝတ်ရွတ်စဉ်အတိုင်း ရွတ်ဖတ်ပွားများတော်မူကြရန် အချိန်တန်ပါပြီ သံဃာတော်အရှင်မြတ်တို့ဘုရား
ရတနသုတ် သစ္စာအဓိဌာန်

ယထိန္ဒခီလော ပထဝိဿိတော သိယာ
စတုဗ္ဗိဝါတေဟိ အသမ္ပကမ္ပိယော
တထူပမံ သပ်ပုရိသံ ဝဒါမိ
ယော အရိယသစ္စာနိ အဝေစ္စ ပဿတိ
ဣဒမ္ပိ သံဃေ ရတနံ ပဏီတံ
ဧတေန သစ္စေန သုဝတ္ထိ ဟောတု။

လေးဘက်လေးတန်က တိုက်တဲ့
လေပြင်းဒဏ်ကို ကြံ့ကြံ့ခံ နိုင်တဲ့
တံခါးခုံတိုင်ကြီးကဲ့သို့
သစ္စာလေးပါးသိသူ
သောတာပန်အရိယာပုဂ္ဂိုလ်သည်
လောကဓံ ဒဏ်ကို မတုန်မလှုပ်
ခံနိုင်သည်ဟု ငါဗုဒ္ဓ မိန့်ဆို၏။

သံဃာ၌ စိတ်ဓါတ်ကြံခိုင်သော
ဤသောတာပန်ရတနာမြတ်ရှိ၏။

ဤမှန်သော သစ္စာစကားကြောင့်
ငြိမ်းချမ်းသာယာမှုရှိပါစေသတည်း။

Just as a post
firmly sank into the earth
is unshaken by strong winds
from any of the four directions,
I (Buddha) declare that
a stream-enterer who realizes
the four noble truths
is unmoved
by challenges in life.
This precious jewel is
in the dedicated practicing community.

By utterance of this truth
May there be peace and happiness.
