I did too much yesterday and my spine went on strike. Getting better, though. I can move my right leg and I'm starting to get feeling back in my left leg.

Ever since moving to a new place, life has been doing a lot better for me. For anyone stuck in a bad family situation and feel awful about themselves and their lives, it really does get better over time. It took years for me, but I'm in a good place with friends that support me every step of the way.

I’m getting out of depression and been having more and more good days, but the last few really sucked. That’s ok though because I’ve really grown as a person and I know it’s just a normal temporary setback. I’m a valuable human being who’s allowed to have bad days and so are you! ❤️

Been dealing a lot with stress, anxiety and depression from unemployment, it's been hard to get work lately and the unemployment rate in my country (South Africa) is getting worse.

Most days are pretty good, few are what I'd call great. I am generally content with my life. I have a job I like, a place to live, reliable transportation, family nearby, and all basic needs met. At my age I'm happy to keep plugging along.

I'm not doing well as of late. I think I'm developing schizophrenia and I'm seeing a psychologist and I'm always on edge and absolutely restless. Videos and narrations like yours allow me to lay down and take my mind off of things for a while. Thank u

I'm always great, I have a bit of dark fluff in my life! Can't be bad after a shot of fluffy! That and I was given a £50 asda gift card just for helping a random person unload a van of furniture! 😂😂 How are you Mr. Fluf

Had work in the morning. Work was fairly busy. Blew up some balloons. Straightened up some stuff. Talked to the quails some and got them all excited. Literally one of the males that ran away recently came running with the girls were screaming because I dare to be there. Gave one eye and the others some treats. Rotten wood with bugs in it. Some plants. I cleaned up some branches. And scared my Mom some. Well don't stand on top of me while I'm moving a good size branch. XD I also gave the neighbor's pigs some plants. And yeah I plan to spend my three days off I have cleaning. Along with figuring out where I will put things down at between art sales and waiting for the next one. Hope your having/had a good day.
