I think you should start a new Get Fit For Summer series! The one from last year was fantastic, and it worked tremendously, but I think you should make more with new different types of workouts, stretches, and dances for us to learn! My oldest daughter has been following your channel for over a year, I've been enjoying watching her transform her flexibility level to reach for her goal of becoming a contortionist. I love how easy it is to follow your tutorials without having to look at the screen every time, your transitions between movements are well dictated. I'm personally inspired by this phrase I hear you say consistently, "If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you." It keeps me motivated to pursue my own fitness goals. Continue with your wonderful videos, and thank you - you're doing an awesome job!

Also btw you are my FAVOURITE dance/fitness channel I absolutely love your follow along stretching routines and they have honestly helped me and motivated me so much. I need to re-stretch myself. I was also injured, however I’m coming back from it. I always loved your stretching videos. If you could add more stretches or yoga, that would be amazing! I also agree with all the other comments. Thank you! Love you~! <3

Omg can you please do a calypso leap/jump tutorial (only if you can do one/know what it is) also I would love a beginner full body exercise routine with some strengthening exercises plus some cardio and maybe a little stretch. That would be awesome or maybe a dancers body inspired workout series

hey alivia! my dad and I have really been loving your leg stretching routine. I use it to prepare myself for Orchesis season as I am a Indian Classical dancer, and not really that flexible; my dad uses it for general wellness. we would really love it if you could complete the final portion you weren't able to earlier because of your leg injury, so it was completely a follow along tutorial (the middle splits with blocks on both sides, and the left splits with blocks). I love the glow up diaries! keep up the great work :)
