I have lots of questions but don’t know how to word them, so I will thank you instead. I really do love that I can have a safe space now even if it is just through your voice. I finally have a sense of comfort and it is much easier to calm down from anxiety attacks and I actually have a sleep schedule now. I wish I could support you through patron but I can’t unfortunately but someday soon I will be able to hopefully. I have something in mind that I am hoping make for when I am able to. How to overcome social anxiety? I want to meet more people that are different from me but Im scared to actually go out and mingle with people. And also how do you actually find the courage to go out of your comfort zone? My parents are helicopter parents which made me really scared to make even small decisions, let alone big ones. Anyways, thank you SO much for making all these videos. You dont know how much you have helped with my anxiety. I really do hope youre gonna be safe while this whole COVID pandemic rolls along.
