Ijoba Orun carries a rare anointing. Even before I understood the words I was in tears and blessed by this song. It will forever be Lara's greatest song!

I was still in senior secondary school when i first heard ijoba orun from two of my female class mates. It was powerful and they couldn't control there tears as they both sang. I could still remember the holy stillness that came into the class. The presence of God was awesome in our midst that day. The funny thing is that we didn't understand the song becsuse i am not yoruba and there was no youruba person in class to interpret, yet it touched our spirit. That was the first time i heard the song and fell in love with it. I was already an ordain Evangelist and pastor of a congregation before dansaki. It reminded me of how God picked me from childhood and started using me until that time. It reminded me of Gods faithfulness always.

They are both important songs. Both have different meanings and messages. Dansaki acknowledges the majesty of God while Ijoba orun reminds humans that this earth is a temporary home that heaven is our real home we should work to get to heaven. Both songs are unique and inspirational. God bless u sis for these songs.

Both... Dansaki on those days when I am feeling over the moon and just can’t stop thanking God.... Ijoba Orun on trying times when I am going through tribulations, to remind myself to be strong for my reward WILL be heaven.... Thank you so much Aunty Lara for such great songs.

Both songs are beautiful. I would choose 'Ijoba orun' because I sing it in my dream. It became scary when I wake up in the middle of night to use bathroom. The lyrics 'mu mi dele o, mu mi dele ooo' keep coming up in my head & I'm not ready to ' lo sile'😃
