Although a fixer upper would be a great project. I definitely would prefer A, bc all you have to do is move in.

B, I like the charm and quality materials that older homes were built with. So don’t mind fixing up as along as I can work with a solid crew of talented craftsmen.

Me personally I'd go for the fixer upper. Although the house with a lot of updates would be nice to have, working with a fixer upper would give me the opportunity to add my own personal touch and make it into the house that I would be glad to call home.
