First! Jack, when I first started playing guitar it was because I enjoyed your music. Struggled to like the music my peers in high school did. Then you led me to Dylan & Loretta, Public Nuisance & Howlin' Wolf, and I'll never forget the "Get Rhythm" played over the Cannon riff that made me listen to Johnny Cash. And this song? A perfect last verse: "I never said I wouldn't throw my jacket in the mud for you But my father gave it to me, so maybe I should carry you Then you said, "You almost dropped me", so then I did And I got mud on my shoes
