I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy but even more after giving birth. I turned to food for comfort. I tried multiple times to start my postpartum fitness journey after giving birth but I think it was only successful when I was mentally ready. I gave birth on August 25,2020 through emergency C-section. Tried starting my fitness journey in January but ended up binge eating from March to June and gaining even more weight. Had enough and started again on July 1.

Sharing my journey for 100 days on here not as a challenge as usual but as a timeline for the video! I started lifting heavier once my diastasis recti ( ab separation healed ) and I also counted my macros focusing on high protein meals. I would have one meal prep a day by different meal prep stores ( not sponsored ) then would eat eggs, protein, or whatever I was craving really but incorporating into my macros for the day.


Still have a long way to go with my postpartum journey but proud of the progress!! Please be kind with your comments :(
