A question for you if you may... I have recieved my I-130 receipt of payment 6 months ago with reference # and Husband's name. Well early March I recieved his receipt since iam the Petitioner. USCIS states that my case is still pending, why pending for 6 months? Should i have recieved an approval or denial by now? My Husband's receipt is a I-I29F, what is his different and what does it entail? Please help. And yes i do have an attorney whom does not respond to my questions. And i watch you're videos. Please need some sincerity
