I'm just experimenting with inside-out grilled cheese sandwich. This fits right in. My last one was a variant of gouda in the middle. Thinly sliced tomato in the center of that. Grated parmesan to cover the outside. My next one will replace the tomato with corn, tuna and onions. I'll sure take a look: thinly sliced beef and the onions, fried in bone marrow?
