Hey girl I'm from nz and have followed your page for a few years now. I love how knollegeable and helpful your content is 😊 congratulations on everything you've accomplished past 2 years, you power woman! My question to you is, have you ever been stuck in a rut or had to take a break from fitness for a period of time? And if so, how have you managed to push through it and get back into the gym

What advice do you have to women who simply want to be strong and how can we make sure we don’t give up and keep going? You’re such an inspiration to me and I’d love to be strong like you are but I’m one of those people that has trouble staying motivated especially since I can’t go to the gym anymore 😭😭😭 I would go mon-friday before this covid stuff got so bad where I am
