Hello, question from somebody starting in fermented hot sauce: Do you typically put the extra flavor ingredents (pineapple, ginger, oignons, garlic,...) in the begining of the fermentation ? Or at the end? Or in the middle? Does it depend on the ingredient? Thanks.
