Hello Texas Empire family! I’d like to start things off with saying, thank you guys and gals for all the support! Here is the reason for this post...as I continue to grow in my knowledge of YouTube, Instagram and being a content creator, i learn things like “Finding your niche”. And as I started this channel/page off on tools and heavy equipment. A wrench was thrown into that plan (pun intended) my job told me I could no longer film at the shop where all my tools and boxes are. So that made it difficult for that type of content. I am still doing tools reviews and tool hauls as I can. I just have to bring the tools home and do it. Plus working on our mule and other peoples Powersport stuff. But with that content being limited I decided to branch out into my other passion, which is hunting and the outdoors. Now that has been a real challenge but a great one! I’m working on getting better and more content in that area as well. And as some of you know with my daughter picking up motocross I’d figure I’d throw that in here as well. But In the back of my mind I struggle thinking I’m doing to much and making to broad of a “niche”. Tools, mechanic, hunting, outdoors, kids dirtbike journey. All seemed real distant in relation. But then I asked myself who is my audience, who are the people I want as viewers. When I did that I realized I want people like me, like my wife, even like my daughter. A blue collar family, hunters, outdoorsmen and women, kids that like the outdoors, kids that like dirtbikes and powersports. Instead of trying to target one person in a house I want to bring family entertainment. I want to help parents teach their kids to ride a dirt bike, or a parent to do European mounts for a cheap way to preserve their kids trophy! A young kid getting out of high school wanting to go into the heavy equipment field that needs tool advice. This is my niche, this is Texas Empire’s niche. And I hope you all can continue to support this channel! I’d really appreciate if y’all could share this post, tell your friends, like comment, subscribe. The more y’all do, the more I’m able to bring y’all. Again thank you! I believe I have gotten over a huge mental hurdle that was in my head actually keeping me from creating content. So stay tuned! Great things are coming!!!
