Tip: don't let your kids play with your phone. Keep it securely locked. Get them their own devices (if you want to allow them to use electronics). Antiquated zero-value devices are great for little kids. Might want to figure out a way to teach your kids how to avoid or deal with technology addiction. Time away from devices can help develop attention-span and self-calming. Work with them to develop rules for them to follow, and punishments and rewards. Show them the value of accepting punishment gracefully, and teach them that others will see that and respect them for it.

Apple Screen Time will be your best friend. Also I’ve bought extra chargers for my DS and my switch for my hospital bag. I’m 36 weeks along with my second now. When my first was a baby, sometimes the only thing that could get him to stop crying was Charlie the Unicorn. It’s worth a shot.

When my child was a newborn, we installed an app called White Noise Baby Sleep Sounds to keep playing until he fell asleep. Now 5 years later my wife can't sleep unless the app is on.

Sitting in post with the missus and newborn boy now. Well. Lying down. We're all supposed to be asleep 🤫. I've found a tablet was definitely a great gadget to bring to the hospital.. at least. Lol. We've heavily invested in baby monitors, cams and what not for the nursery. Soothing lights and noise makers for the crib also came highly suggeste

Hey all! Update! I am alive and well and feeling ready to "pop" soon lol. Baby girl is getting so big! Can't wait to return to a semblance of normal. I will do an "unboxing" of baby girl when she arrives 😁
My belly is so huge lol.
