Pausing, taking a deep breath and crying (if needed) help me a lot. When I am overwhelmed, I usually write down my thoughts on a paper/digital notepad. Through this, I am able to see the bigger picture and it helps me decide what to do next. I do the same when I am frustrated.

One thing I learned from our Pastor is from the acronym of PRAY: Pause Resist (the first impulse) Ask God (through prayer) Yield (to the Spirit of God for whatever He asks you to do). “We are free to choose but we are not free to escape the consequences of our actions or decisions.” -PTC

Everytime I feel frustrated or overwhelmed, pini-feel ko yung emotions na meron ako kasi for sure it is valid to feel that. Then I'll open my journal and started writing what I feel. EVERYTHING, as in. Even the smallest emotions na feel ko it affects me, I write down. Para matransfer yung emotions, hindi man totally okay but I feel better and I can think clearly na.

When I feel frustrated or feeling overwhelmed about something, I just Pray and ask the guidance of God to enlighten my mind so I can think properly. I always read the words of God (Bible) because this will give me peace in mind. 🙏

Whenever I feel overwhelmed, frustrated or sad, I always go to my so called “God’s corner” in my room. I just sit there and cry and pray to God and tell him whatever is in my heart and mind as if Im talking to a friend and after that I always feel the comfort and peace from him. My problems may not go away so easily but whats important is you have God’s peace, comfort and love in the middle of it and knowing that He is in control of everything.

i started 2020 strong but I felt like melting candle as the year progressed and found myself anxious and very down on the last quarter, what I did was I prayed a lot, and then I spoke to my friends about what I am feeling, I even cried in order to be relieved of that dark, heavy and negative emotions I had. Thank God I feel much better now. Let us all keep going.

Whenever I feel frustrated and overwhelmed with life I workout double the intensity and extra that day. To let all the feelings out through the adrenaline of the workout in that way I still get good benefits out of it and pumped up my serotonin levels in my body. 😅

I kindly remind myself of my Circle of Control. I can only control things within me (my feelings, my opinions, my choices) and can not control things beyond myself (others feeling, opinions, or choices). When I’m able to reflect on my Circle of Control, I’m able to set aside strong emotions that would interfere with my clear thinking.

My instinct is to cry it out. Give me a few minutes (or days) to cry and I'm good. I just really need to let the emotions out. I rethink and pull myself together after a good cry. It took a while for me to accept the outlet I'm most comfortable in but it's very helpful to know what works for you. Excited for your next episode! ♡

Hello B!!!! I usually take a step back away from everything. I’d take a break, like a power nap. Then I will pray & gather my thoughts by writing about what frustrates me.

For me, I immediately let my closest friends know about my kadramahans in life and just cry it out with them. Having them in my life has always been a blessing to me cause they're always been there to wake me up with my katangahans. That's why I'm forever grateful cause they're constant in reminding me about my God given silbi in this world... Shoutout to you guys.. @PaulaBungangera @GabbythePogi @HumbleYani @LeahCharotera 😂

I pat myself to remind that I'm in no good shape of myself. As much as I want to suppress my emotions which prolly leads me to undesirable events if uncontrolled, I try to keep my mouth shut and always return to journaling. It helps me to be aware of my feelings, assess my actions, and pray na rin. Journaling helps me release negative energy and sending hope to the universe.

Umiyak lang ako nang umiyak. Pero alam nyo guys, okay din umiyak kase at least narelease mo yung tension sa loob mo. Then after a few days magiging okay ka din and you can go back to finish what you started. Fight tayooo 💪

When I feel frustrated or overwhelmed about something, I try to keep being silent. I calm myself first, so that I would be able to think clearly so I wouldn’t do something I would regret later. Being silent when overwhelmed is different from being ignorant. So when I speak I try to choose my words wisely. Knowing that it might give an effect to the other people and to myself as well. I don’t let my feelings envelope me, as possible as I can. Because it is done already. So the right thing to do for me is to move on, carrying the lessons I got from that ‘overwhelming and frustrating situation’.

Iniiyak ko talaga. Para mailabas ko ang sobrang frustrations or sadness na nararamdaman ko lalo na nung namatay ang isa sa mga closest tita ko nh dec 31, 2020. last day of 2020. iyak lang ng iyak and after that, you'll realize, Everything is GRACE. Everything is a Gift. Now, I'm asking why, however in Time, it will makes sense. In Time.

Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I just watch one of your videos that I can relate/addresses my current situation. I also watch from Sabins Studio, Three Nails and A Crown, and Hannah Pangilinan's videos. I just wanna hear that everything's going to be alright. I need to calm myself through your words. After I cry and listen, I do the journaling. This also helps to make me feel better. Please continue to make "Paano Ba 'To?!" Videos. A great help for us!

Feel it if you must, cry about it, say something about it to yourself and lastly pray because the next step to do is to plan. Plan the possibilities of what overwhelms you, plan about the upcoming effects and what they affect then pray for your plans again.
