Have a 2007 Tahoe LTZ and the clear coat is peeling and rim stained. Can I use this same process on these rims? What do I need to know to look for in case this is not a way to refinish my rims?

Hello! Love your channel. I am wondering how to remove/clean the black residue that builds up on the rubber weatherstripping that goes around door windows, ect. This residue doesn't want to come completely clean even after repeat washings. The main issue I find is the black gets on your arm when you have your arm out of the window while driving. I've tried scrubbing it, but as it ages, if seems to be harder to get it to a point that the black won't rub off. This seems especially true on a car that isn't cared for as well, such as buying a used car. Can you help? BTW, I still haven't tried to use your tar removal trick for the baked on, heavy tar I messaged you about yet, due to other higher priority projects, but I'll get to it and share the results. Thank you!
